Although Humberside was supposedly abolished in the nineties, most local people prefer to believe the county still exists, and there is of course BBC Radio Humberside - so we have put together this guide for you. There are a number of places to go dogging in Humberside - and with most of the locals being adventurous types, you are sure to be in for a good time.
Grimsby Dogging
- Just a couple of minutes from the Great Coates junction on the A180 there is a very secluded layby on the B1210 between the villages of Healing and Great Coates where you will often find Grimsby doggers - both singles and couples who are really keen for a hard night's dogging.
- Alternatively check out Weelsby Woods, both in the car park and in the woods.
Hull Dogging
North East of Hull, there are three very popular laybys off the A165 between Coniston and Skirlaugh. These dogging laybys have attracted a lot of media attention, so there may be voyeurs there when you go, and maybe the boys in blue will put in an appearance too.
So called picnic area at Hessle Haven, on Livingstone Road, just along from what used to be the Ferry Boat Inn (now an Italian restaurant)
Nearby, you could always try Bridlington. On the way to Flamborough is Danes Dyke. Turn right where the sign for the bus stop is and follow the road for a few minutes and you will come to a secluded car park.
Meantime, check out some of these local Humberside doggers.
We are working to provide you with the most up to date listing of UK wide Dogging Spots. If you know of any places we should check out, please contact us.
