Dogging in Oxfordshire

Dogging in Oxford has to be worth a punt. Oxfordshire has plenty of dogging spots, but Oxford the city is not exactly a doggers paradise. Also, the rather mysterious Oxford Doggers Society like to keep things under wraps. However, get a little bit out of the city itself and you can find some fun with our Oxfordshire dogging locator.

Abingdon Doggers

Culham Lock - as in canal lock. Take the turning at the Waggon and Horses off the A415, just outside Abingdon. It is a spot for real exhibitionists. You have been warned.

Banbury Doggers

Take Junction 11 off the M40 and head towards the town centre. Turn right at the second roundabout towards Southam, straight over the next one and you can't miss a well covered layby about 100 yards or so further on (before the motorway bridge).

Bicester Dogging

On the B4100, just outside of Bicester heading towards Aynho. There is layby that is well protected by tall grass and trees. Park your car and head into the woods.

We have mixed reports involving M40 Junction 10. Either at the service station beyond the lorry park or Stoke Wood car park, which is nearby.

Oxford Dogging Location

Now this is a tricky spot to find - but you need to be heading for Jarn Way, Boars Hill, not too far from The Fox Inn. Even Inspector Morse would find it difficult to find this top Oxford dogging location, and the secretive Oxford Doggers Society want to keep it a secret, and we respect their wishes.

Thame Dogging

Thame Doggers head for Aston Rowant Natural Nature Reserve, which is quite appropriate really. Just off the Christmas Common Road near Stokenchurch Tower you will find a very secluded and very dark, large car park. Imagine telling people you have been to a nature reserve, whilst only you know your secret.

Witney Dogging Spot

Come out of town on the A4095 Curbridge Road, and as soon as you cross the A40, there is a layby on the left with a short sloped driveway heading towards open countryside.

We have had no reports of dogging in Henley on Thames. That surprised us too. We fully expected to find doggers in Henley, so if you know of any hot dogging spots nearby, do let us know.
