Dogging in Manchester is rather fragmented, and with such a great city with such a large population, you would expect loads of action, and one or two major dogging in Manchester spots. Not so - not so at all - the scene is disappointing, and Manchester doggers are more likely to be found in Bolton and the like.
However, the three best spots in the city are Wythenshaw car park on the B5167 Wythenshaw Road; Didsbury Park; and the car park at Silburn Way, just off the A576 Manchester Old Road, not far from Junction 19 at Rhodes in Middleton.
Where else to go dogging in Manchester? Avoid Sale Park as that is full of gays for starters. Try any of these heterosexual dogging spots :- Hough End Fields off Whitchurch Road; Ancoats Retail Park off A665 Great Ancoats Street; the woodlands behind the Britannia Country House hotel and Audenshaw Reservoirs.
